I will split this review. - The parcel arrived from CZ very fast and in perfect condition. It was not additionally wrapped, so the logistic partner could see the content. I believe this was good, as i saw the guy handing over the parcel, was very careful even telling me that it maybe fragile. As mentioned above, the were no scratches, or other flaws. - The glider itself had 2 defects. A wrong mounted battery tray and a defect ESC. I fixed the tray, while replacing the ESC with one i already had. Due to Covid, it is built now, but until now, no chance for a maiden flight. But i expect it to be fine. - Now the aftersales: I noted banggood about the defects, we had a very friendly and helpful conversation via mail and found a (for me) very good solution. So my stars would be: Logistics: 5 stars Product (price/value): 4 stars Sales/Aftersales: 5 stars
