If from a video camera directly record, it works normally, and if from a VCR, the image jumps from side to side, from the TV also normally figures, the mind does not apply here the matter. Why doesn't the tape recorder work? The PAL system is exposed, there is no normal error, but the image is jumping for some reason.

Если с видеокамеры напрямую записывать , то нормально работает, а если с видеомагнитофона, то изображение скачет из стороны в сторону, с телека тоже нормально цифрует, ума не приложу в чем тут дело. Почему с магнитофона не работает? Систему ПАЛ выставил, все нормально ошибки нет, но изображение почему то скачет.

I tried this in many phone and it didn't work, finaly I got it to work in a tablet using the app "Easycap viewer" all the other apps would work. I have a serial password missing for windows 10 usage (That's why the 4 stars). I will contact service for that
