the circuit have been shipped protected with a multiball plastic envelope and the display is working. I will install it on my clone Hakko box as soon as possible, so today I don't know if it will perform as expected. Anyway the circuit is manufactured very well and the display has its protective thin plastic. satisfied. il circuito è stato spedito protetto con una busta di plastica multiball e il display funziona regolarmente. Lo installerò sul mio box clone Hakko il prima ossibile, quindi oggi non so se funzionerà come previsto. In ogni caso il circuito è prodotto molto bene e il display ha la sua plastica sottile protettiva. soddisfatto.

Nonostante avevo acquistato il manico porta punte specifico per il T12 oled non sono riscito a farlo funzionare, mi toccherà comprarne un altro !

First of all i want to say thank to the customer service for the fast replacement of my DOA unit. The new one i received works very well but i also have the other digital unit with the normal led display and most confess that i like the normal one more for a few reasons. 1 the wake up swits works better than the one in the oled version. 2 there was on the site more information about assemble the unit and the holder for the T-12 tips. 3 setting the menu is not so easy with the o-led version because of missing documentation. Because of no documentation my tip was red hot 700 degrees C by setting something wrong. I hope that in the near future there will be enough documentation available for this kind of DIY modules. If it is set as it should be set the module works fine. I can only say that if you are looking for a solder station for a affordable price than buy this one but buy it complete with the aluminium case so you don't have the building problems i had and the end result with the aluminium case cant be beaten by a self build case .
