Good implementation of Opensource Watchy project. There are git code and ESP32 libraries Arduino compatible available, so can be used with Arduino IDE. It came with firmware 1.4.6 and latest version is currently 1.4.14, so first step will be to update it soon. It came packed in a plastic box, with no printed manual; only a QR code which takes you directly to sqfmi.com git related page. For rest of instructions search.

Arrived in good time. The watch itself is quite large but is not heavy. It is quite comfortable. It uses a electronic paper type display so unlike my other electronic watches the time is visible all the time so I dont have to push a button to check the time. This watch is software baxsed and you can custom design the display. I have not bothered to download the software or tinker with it just yet, at the moment it is doing what I want. Later on I will play around with it and try to get the best display that I can get, but until then it is a good watch that was relatively cheap and is useful out of the box. There was no assembly necessary and it comes with a USB C cable for charging.
