Strange smell when turned on. Also had to buy other power cord, because this is not EU, info was not clear, at least adapter could be provided

The plug is Chinese. There was no converter in the package. I can't use the product.

I could not rate the quality of the shoe warmer, because the loosely attached EU adapter immediately fell apart when attaching to the plug. Thus, what makes the device unusable for me. I assumed that an EU cable would be included.

Die Qualität des Schuhwärmers konnte ich nicht bewerten, da der lose beigefügte EU Adapter beim anbringen an den Stecker sogleich auseinanderfiel. Somit was das Gerät für mich nicht nutzbar. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass ein EU Kabel beigefügt wäre.
