Right off the bat, this is plain cheating. You got the car control ability without having to practice. The receiver works well with the same range as the high voltage one. It works with both RC3S and RC4G transmitter. If you have RC3S with new firmware you can see the gyro gain in the menu like in RC4G. I'll add a video later to show you how it works.

This receiver has a gyro inside, which automatically corrects oversteer with steering inputs. I expected it to act just like a heading hold gyro from RC helicopter, but it actually works in a more settle way - it only corrects sudden inputs, like unexpected oversteer when you go too fast through the dusty part of the track. It feels much more natural to drive with this gyro compared to HH gyro. Why I only gave it 3 stars for quality? That's because with my RC3S radio gyro sometimes refuses to calibrate and couple of times suddenly turned itself off during bashing. All in all I think it's just a novelty item to show off in front of other guys at the track, nothing serious. Good that it's so cheap.
