package arrived in good condition. it will take more than 3 minutes to cover my size 43 shoes. haven't used outside to check the waterproofing capability. but i think it can be used in light showers.

Although nicely made these are not waterproof at all! After cycling for half an hour thru mediocre rainfall my shoes were soaked, these shoe covers didn't even make a difference, claiming these are waterproof is a outright lie.
