    Article was canceled 5 times due to too long delivery time,in customer service I was kept waiting for hours,then the cancellation was allegedly forwarded for processing,suddenly the next day it was shipped after all,the helicopter arrived damaged and I did not receive any response or reaction to my complaint. Absolutely in a class of its own! 😞
