It came as a toast, and I really enjoyed it! What I understood is that you press the car and then you can use it to charge cell phone, and you can put a contact lamp in it

Item was packed in a box inside a bag. The Box that the item arrived in, was crumpled and falling apart, and unit was a bit dirty. I charged it up and it worked fine. It was a label on the top of the white dome that shows the power specs but does block some light. The photos do not show the top of the dome. It could be removed, but is well attached.
