The machine works if you keep moving the tobacco so it can draw product to fill the tube. Product rating alone is 4 stars -1 for noise. invoice even shows I selected the blue one, they delivered RED. customer service Star -1 I feel even 4 stars is too much and wife was not impressed. Dropped off by Fed-Ex Stars 5 , I despise USPS.
