As it is in case of warranty, I can Don't say, since everything is working very well so far.

One of them observed it for about two hours before drinking. The other one directly used it when he got thirsty. I am sure their daily water intake has increased. I am not home during the day but in the morning or in the evening they visit the fountain at least 4-5 times and drink even if in small amounts. Eversweet 3 is an extremely silent fountain. Not always but sometimes you can only hear the sound of water dripping into the container from the top tray, but you cannot hear the pump at all. We placed it in our living room.

After some months I truly can give my opinion. Awesome fountain for pets. I use only rechargeable batteries and it works flawless. Easy to clean and with warning lights to tell when it needs refill or change batteries. A bit expensive but for me it's worth every penny. If you buy it, you won't regret it. Unless, of course, your pet just doesn't like it.
