O produto foi devolvido ao remetente indevidamente. No endereço do destinatário sempre tem alguém no apartamento, pois cuidam de minha mãe doente. Além disso, o entregador nunca deixou "Aviso" na caixa de correspondência informando da tentativa de entrega, e qual agência dos Correios para retirar o produto. Agora temos 2 possibilidades: 1) Remessa produto novamente para o destinatário; ou 2) Cancelamento da compra e estorno do valor creditando no Cartão de Crédito do destinatário.
