It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and packaging was good so no damage. It's a nice brush for the price. No cap but it does have a plastic cover for the brush hairs and a capped plastic tube for storage. Colour and size was just as shown in the pictures. A good buy and I'm happy with the purchase.
