This is a good inexpensive battery charger and capacity tester. I particularly like the NOR test which provides me wit a standard way to test my 18650 batteries. What the documentation does not indicate is that the NOR test for Li ends at 2.8V, rather than the 3.0V that is common. The test end voltage is not configurable. I am going to purchase another one of these as a spare and allow me to test more batteries at a time. Also please note that the discharge test is either 250ma or 500ma, the discharge rate is not the same as the charge rate.
