It's working. Overall quality is good. The received module differs from the photo, there is no LED's near the e-ink display. Typical power usage for this module is about 45-50 mA. When using WiFi (connect, send data frame, disconnect ) there is a current burst up to 150mA. In deep sleep, consumes 7.4mA.

UHF Thanks for the review. Can you give details of how and what libraries you used to program it? The link to TTGO-T5-ePaper1.54 given, is for a different module.
