I purchased one of these 4 years ago. It recently died, got a lot of use. New battery didn't revive it, so I ordered this one. Received very fast, 8 days. I opened it and discovered that the circuit board had been re-designed. The battery has a connector instead of soldered in the dead one. The voltage converter has a much better transformer. Super happy with it. Easy to calibrate with the 3 pin shortingstrip.
