This alarm system looks very good. It has also 4 wired zones. The only deficiency is that the package doesnt have PIR's support bases.

This is a great little alarm system! First the pluses. It has a very intuitive interface. Works good and cellular system is cheap and good. I bought a sim card and a $5.00 monthly subscription and setup was a breeze. Minuses are the window door sensors use a funky little battery and should really be using a AAA battery. The double sided pad supplied failed on two of them after about a week. I bought a much higher grade tape and remounted them. They are designed to work on flat door casing and if yours is not, they can not be mounted without some modification. I designed a mounting plate for colonial casing, and printed it with a 3d printer. If anyone wants it send me an email and I will send you the STL file. rparker396@gmail.com
