Charger came well packed, overall it's a great charger that has the benefits of charging/discharging and storage modes which I use for my lipo's. Two important things to note which I already knew from other reviews - it does not come with an ac adaptor (I used an old IBM charger that has 16v 3.3a output) and it does not come with an XT60 cable. I made my own with two banana plugs was pretty easy to do. Otherwise for the price it's awesome.
