It is a real treasure in the kitchen and makes delicious strong and creamy coffee from everything (from DG capsules, Nespresso capsules, coffee pods and ground coffee). It's easy to use. About shipping: I was concerned about the order since it remained in processing for about 2 weeks and based on the comments I was expecting a long wait. In 10 days I received the order, unannounced, everything was OK, well packed. The tracking still said that the order is in processing for the following 4 days and only after that it changed to shipped and I was able to confirm reception. About the product: I have been using it every day for 3 weeks now and it's fantastic. For the first 10 cups of coffee made with each adapter you will taste the plastic but it will fade away in the end. I have used the coffee powder, the Nesspresso and DG ones so far and they work well. Easy to mount and to clean. Pro: - all in one and convenient - very small. unexpectedly small - very intense flavor. At 19 bar it takes everything from the coffee. I was drinking 4-5 cups/day before, now I only need 2 and sometimes 1 is enough. I can really taste the coffee now compared with other espresso machines. I had a Nes and manual expresso and I replaced them both with this one since I like the extraction better on this one. - it recirculates the water. after you're done with your drink, everything that is in the pipes is pushed out both ends (in water tank and cup). Since its hot it will cloud the tank a bit with condensation. Say goodby to dripping and emptying the tray often - easy to use without anything extra to confuse other people, few buttons, straight forward and intuitive. - fast. You don't lose any time with it. It warms fast (before I manage to fill the coffee powder) and dripping ends in 5 seconds. Con: - small water tank. you have to fill it after 3-5 coffees. If you make 2 large DGs you'll empty the tank - pretty noisy but not to different than others. - can't really fit large cups. if you want DGs (cappuccino, latte, machiato, etc. ) your only option is to remove the dripping tray and at the end take out the cup together with the adapter as to not tilt the mug/cup
