I'm an over the road trucker, and most of my meals are prepared and frozen ahead of time. I picked up one of these units after seeing it on a YT video, and I must say that it's holding my food well below freezing, currently at 3° F. I'll probably bump up the temp to 10-15 degrees so it doesn't run as hard. Down side: Display is only in °C; no apparent way to get it to display in °F. As long as the display is showing colder than -10°C, I'm happy. Bottom line: I'm buying another one.
