If you don't need display and you can use openTX with lua script this is best option for elrs 2.4ghz. Max power seems to be as advertised 900-1011mW depending temperature. but as you know that is only for reserve. 100mW gets you to the moon.

BG244383954 actuallynot quite to the moon, but there was already LoRa (same tech that ELRS uses) used to transmit data to the moon and back, but that was 350W of power
