The quality is good, and it works well. However, when you clip it to your belt and your shirt/tee covers the fan inlet, the wind throw is drastically reduced even at high speeds. They should have provided air inlets at the bottom of the fan to mitigate this issue instead of providing it on one side only. So either wear it on the hip only when your top is short or use the neck band and let it hang - attracting curious eye balls throughout.
