I like the product very well I bought 2 I bought two cabins one of my friends is paying customs up to 170 TL, although when I insured the site is reimbursed the packaging is not protected at all the product is broken in both cases

You sent me the camera with a European plug first off and the package arrived with damage and water damage to the box. The camera seemed to be OK except that the right side light pod had popped off the camera. Simple to put back on. I will see if the camera is in good working order and make a decision on whether to return it or not. Not overly happy about it but if it is in good working order I will install it.

Arrived in short time, packaging in good state with minimal padding inside. A lot of accessories in the box but explanations on paper can be a little bit unclear. The power cable is rather short. Image quality is good, the extra lightning is very useful flood type, being the reason I actually bought it. I'll know more once it's set up where it needs to be stationed but initial impression is great.

very good camera,easy to install,the led lights working perfect in the night,also the IR light.,very clear image day and night,for the recording if you use SD card , ged a branded, because camera can not recognize the cheap SD cards, its very good camera and i recomend ....
