Excellent transparency and delivery updates from Banggood without having to arrange oneself, 5 stars. Packaging was destroyed at some place in transport. Looks like bag was repaired with tape first time then a secondary cut the witdth of bag was still open to see entire goods somehow still "in" bag without simply falling out. I picked the goods straight out of the packaging as it sat in my letterbox the hole was that large. If there was any paperwork sent, that is now gone. 2 stars for the logistics. I work in this industry and understand the complex nature, so thats why I gave 2 stars and not 1. Someone at somestage through the chain somehow kept the loose addressed packaging with the tiny components in them. They ideally didnt stop to tape it up again, but luck was with us and they did arrive here 1 week after a later order I put through Banggood the next day. Product rating is as photo/description and the additional packaging of the A4 ziplock bag containing the 2 components without doubt helped them stay within the damaged bag and avoid any product damage, 5 stars.
