Item arrived in four days from Spain to Italy. This is the second FIMI I purchase from Banggood as the previous one arrived clearly used in a unsealed box without propellers and battery charger. I opened a ticket with Banggood which gave me the instructions to send it back to China. Banggood refunded the full price of the FIMI and the shipping fee too. From the ticket, to having the money back it took 3 months (1 month for sending the parcel back as Banggood asked to choose the cheapest courier), but as promised I have been fully refunded. For this reason I purchased again a new FIMI and this time everything went fine.
