Got 3 of these. Use it on my 130mm build. It is great. Even at 25mW the range was probably around 150-200 meters, with the antenna flat on top of battery under velcro. Gets a bit warm, but no more than other transmitters. Easy to change band and channel and transmit power. Even in the field. Absolutely recommended for whatever build that will do with 200mW. Have some u.fl -> rp-sma adapters on the way so I can test with Aomway antennas and for larger builds. Killed the first one by applying 3S, as I thought it was wide input range. Survived first try for 10 seconds. 2nd try for 5 secs killed it. So now I learned, and connect it to 5V. It is clear that it is an only voltage regulator that got fried, so could probably replace it. I am ordering more as soon as they get in stock. Both for quads and for planes. Their size and compact antenna is great.
