The power button broke after a week,. The tactile switches are very weak so if you press them to hard they crumble into the headset. These are very cheap buttons you can buy 100 for a few pounds so quality of them can't be any good. It's been sat in the cupboard ever since. I don't want a refund or a generic reply from Banggood just want to make others aware. Plenty of youtube videos on this problem. Order Number: 39979643
