I ordered it on 31December, received on 6 January. 1. It is almost what I expected. "Almost" because I expected this bike to be a bit larger. 2. Price/Quality is Ok. I am satisfied. 3. Quality is 7 points from 10 (I use it only 1 day). But I am satisfied. If you want a better quality , pay more than 780-820 Euro. 4. Battery looks solid 5. Electrical charger looks very simple and light, but works 6. It took 3 min to remove illegal in Europa button, which allows ebike to drive by itself, without pedal support. 7. On webpage somewhere I saw the max load 110kg, but in the bike documentation it is written 80kg. But I can go, my weight is 105 kg. 8. I am 182cm, and 105 kg, this bike looks a bit small, but I can use it. If you are 185 or higher, consider buying a larger bike. 9. My biggest concern is where I will buy components, some of them (wheels) are not standard. 10. It took us about 20–30 minutes to unpack the bike and to build it. It was straightforward. 11. The preliminary montage was perfect, only one spoke need to be pulled up. 12. The orange colour is very nice, the common design is interesting and nice. 13. Delivery was excellent and very fast. 14. I cannot say much about custom /logistics services. To conclude. It is one of the cheapest bikes in the market (~800 Euro). The quality/price is good. I think you can use this bike a few years. If you are looking for a bike for a longer period, say 8 years, you should invest more and buy Giant/Gazelle/Sparta or similar.
