We purchased the ET570 for my wife. I have the ET 585 and both are performing well. We particularly purchased the watch for its Blood Glucose monitoring feature and it works fine. We have not tested the accuracy of the watches and intend to do so during a glucose blood test and compare the results. The watch uses the HBand software, and it functions well. I have not used any other watch software so I can't give any comparisons. I had a previous watch purchased from Banggood but it failed at the 4 month mark and was a toss away as there was no hope of a service on the watch. So far the watch is recommended.
