Looks ok on initial inspection, countersinking is ok provided you are drilling a through hole and can clamp the collar up on the solid shaft. If you need a blind hole it is difficult to set the collar square to the drill bit whilst clamping on the drill flutes. Also the collars are all the same diameter except the 10mm so counterboring the holes would mean an oversize counterbore in most cases. I bought them for rapid countersinking my drilled holes so they will do the job ok for me.
