The electronics are quite lightweight. 0.8A capacity (about 9 to 19W) seems likely since there are no heat sinks on tiny solid state components. The box is essentially empty plastic, although nicely assembled. Load control on my unit appears non-linear; that is the output graduation appears to suddenly jump one third through the dial range.
