Instruction manual is a little unclear about bag opening placement on the inner pins._Seal width is a bit thin and fragile sometimes._Overall a really good product with about a minute to sous vide a standard bag (vacuum sealing cooldown) and the bag holds well enough for sous vide cooking (8 hours)
