Received the wing mirror bracket in good condition. However, replacing it is not your average DIY job. You run the risk of breaking the clips holding the wing mirror cover in place. Furthermore, you will have to mostly disassemble the mirror to be able to loosen the old bracket. You also have to remove the door panel to be able to pull the mirror wires through the old bracket and back through the new bracket. Even then you will have to have backup clamps to put the panel back because you will most certainly break a couple of them. Old the best with this task. I wasn't prepared for it and it cost me more than it would have if I went to the dealership to just replace the winged mirror.
