This kind of equipment is absolute not neccessary - but fun! I like how it illuminates the floor of the car. It also has an on/off switch whic is a plus.

Pretty bright with a voltage range of 8.5v-14.5v, below 8.5v trembling (over 14.5v I didn't try it). Moisture insulation is not good, so it is not recommended for use in a moisture environment. Pretty much with a total of 8.5v-14.5v, 8.5v trembling (didn't test it test 14.5v). It's not water/humidity so I do not think it for humidity.
