I had ordered two of them. On the 1st try both worked perfectly. Removed the battery to save energy (Slight vibration cause them to light up), put the battery back in to both of them to check them out again...and both would not light up even with shaking. After a few tries I noticed the spring that press onto the - side of the battery was tilted to one side (It is straight with no battery pressed on it). I cut a 1/2" strip of paper and folded it 4 times, and slipped it into the side the spring was tilting to...that kept the spring centered on the battery and now both lights work.
