This clock has surprisingly good sound, much better than expected. The outer shell isn't the highest quality but is reflective of the price and certainly adequate for a desk clock . Overall, very impressed. Note: we ordered the blue clock expecting a vibrant blue (as shown in the picture) but what we received was a very light eggshell blue. Keep that in mind. If the item had arrived as shown, I would give it 5 stars in all categories

Nice personal speaker. It does not get very loud (hint hold down forward button to increase loudness) nor thumping bass. The clock/ temperature (Celsius) is nice as well. The radio, well that could come in handy during a power failure.
