I was always fascinated as a kid with the battles of Tesla and Edison in high voltage physics. Aren't those huge Van de Graff generators awesome? Anyway, as a Halloween entertainment for kids, ordered this through Banggood. The construction seems to be very solid and after a nervous turn of the potentiometer, the fireworks start. So I managed to demonstrate inductive lighting to the grandkids (Health and Safety terrifies teachers!) without harming myself or them. Kept them amused for at least twenty minutes. No Theo, the hamster doesn't want a turn...
