Overall these are good lights and I will buy more of them. They may be my choice for gifts -- either with Energizer primary cells, or gifted with a NiMH and a small reliable charger to people who need to learn about rechargeables. I only have one so far and it came with an intermittent flicker problem I haven't resolved yet, but I know a lot of people at BLF bought these and found theirs came without problems -- as far as I'm aware from online discussion, only 3 of us have the flicker issue, so it's probably solvable. Watch for news.
