Its a really good and well built product. Does the job if you practice with it 30-60 minutes per day (not in only one session). You'll see the diffrence after 2-3 days. Much better than the old spring grip things from the 80s. I like how you can set the tension for each finger. I don't play guitar but my doctor suggested I get one of these to help with the cramps in my hands from working on a computer all day. It helps! Rubber pad on bottom and each finger "key" is comfy and doesn't slip.
