The saw frame I received was not the one illustrated (although the same brand - Radiance) The blade clamp on the end opposite the handle fell off when I opened the parcel, the adjustment clamp on the arm is different and does not clamp firmly enough. I wish to exchange the one I received for the saw clamp as advertised in the photograph please.

There's a lot of slack in the clamping zone, even after the tight slide. For a saw that is intended with some precision, the end oscillates too much.
