Very solid. Works well. As would be expected the feed has to be on centre. If there is wobble in the in the rotation of the material the final finish is not very accurate. If using something like square wood stock it is better to feed it through a larger diameter hole first to round it off and then through the required hole to get a more accurate finish. Using smaller lengths of around 80 mm seem to work the best. Would definitely recommend.

Great tool for creating spines of different essences other than classic beech, the final finish is not perfect but for splining it is perfect. For visible pins, a light sanding is advisable. It is valid but a bit inconvenient to set the required diameter (you have to unscrew 2 screws every time).

Ottimo strumento per creare spine di essenze diverse dal classico faggio, la finitura finale non è perfetta ma per le spinature è perfetto. Per perni a vista conviene una leggera levigatura. Valido ma un pò scomodo da settare il diametro che serve (bisogna svitare 2 viti ogni volta).
