I use these with ESP8266 NodeMCU directly off A0. When powered from 3.3V pin, needed to add a 10K resistor in addition to the onboard voltage divider to get the output between 0-1 volts. Then it works perfectly. If you drive it via 5v PSU, you will need about 180K resistor to do the same. Another consideration is to use a switching solution like a MOSFET to turn this thing on and off between measurements. Extends lifespan greatly that way.
