Good product, just got one problem the instructions say connect the 12 V charger for charging but as you can see by the photo the charger only delivers 8.4 V so doesn't seem to charge it to its full capacity, also the charging light on the gun doesn't light up when charging.

Work very good. Battery last long even at the max speed. Very soothing and great for relaxing. Cheaper price and build is very good and solid. Same build as those found at the mall that being sold 3X the price of this.
