Good morning, it is obvious that this is NOT professional material but for a pro this type of material costs 25 Euro each so here 100 €-If like me you only use this material once or twice a year you will be delighted to have them at hand. The packaging is correct and you have a protection on each knife for storage it is useful. The weight of the tool is little be a little light but here again we are not on professional material-The whole is well finished and they are properly sharpened (nothing prevents you to re-sharpen them on your side)-For this price and if you do not use them daily it remains a great deal and once again you will be happy to have them on hand the day you will be in trouble. Bonjour, il est évident que ce n'est PAS du matériel professionnel mais pour un pro ce type de matériel coûte 25 Euro chacun donc ici 100 € - Si comme moi vous n'utilisez ce matériel que une ou deux fois par an vous serez ravis de les avoir à portée de main. L'emballage est correct et vous avez une protection sur chacun des couteau pour le rangement c'est utile. Le poids de l'outil est peu être un peu léger mais là encore nous ne sommes pas sur du matériel professionnel - L'ensemble est bien fini et ils sont correctement affûtés (rien ne vous empêche de les réaffûter de votre coté) - Pour ce prix et si vous ne les utiliser pas au quotidien cela reste une excellente affaire et une fois encore vous serez heureux de les avoir sous la main le jour où vous serez en difficulté. I think they are made of bad steel, they just chip off at the oint and they dont sharpen like a chisel should. They should be fine for aplications that dont need razor sharp edges.
