Upon receipt of these, I tested them all for voltage levels. One of the four units was at zero volts so I removed and replaced the cap several times and it still showed no voltage. I then used my Lithium Ion charger and tested the battery before charging. It still showed zero volts, so I charged it for two hours with the cap on, not USB. At the end of the period the charger had shut off and the battery showed a 3.7 volt charge.
