Both batteries are dead and will not charge. There is near-zero voltage on the terminals and the batteries will not operate the saw. When the charger is connected to either battery, the charger light is steady green, indicating full charge, but steady green is also the indication when the charger is not connected to a battery. Because I do not have any other compatible batteries, I cannot determine if the saw will work with a good battery. I attempted to submit a return request but could not get that to work.
