    Marked 100uF 450V these capacitors measured between 77uF and 83uF, clustered around 80uF. I have not tested their voltage rating, yet, but I hope they withstand 420 volts as that is what they will be subjected to. Given they are replacements for 50 year old 40uF 450V dry electrolytic capacitors in vintage ham gear, the lower than expected capacitance is not a real problem.
