Item arrived within 2 days, was well packed with HackRF and Portapack boards in individual antistatic bubble-wrap bags. Flashed with Mayhem software very easily first time. Supplied USB cable does not work!

Thanks! Fast shipped, well packed, and the product is as expected (except the delivered USB micro cable, it fails uploading and it costs lots of debugging effort, although it was easily replaceable as any standard phone cable worked fine) Moreover, some instructions for the required FW upload, or a link with tools, SD-card contents and PDF-guiding might get your customers started faster... Yes, even hackers and other tech-enthousiasts do want to be lazy sometimes ;)

The item arrived slightly damaged. The SD-card slot and the metal shield on the main board are deformed. Fortunately, the screen is not broken, but there are problems with the touch-screen: it does not work reliably, the calibration does not help (it is not even always possible to complete it). So i think the touchscreen may have been damaged in transit too. The store needs to pack carefully the goods more! I am amazed at how you can save a few cents when shipping a hundred dollar item. Except for the touchscreen, the device works fine. Installed firmware jamesshao8/portapack-havoc-modified revision be45cf6 It was packed with tray-blade, came slightly damaged: the memory card connector was bruised and the screen on the baseboard was slightly deformed (it is easy to remove and correct). By some miracle the screen was not broken, or it would be quite sad. You've got to pack better! Тачскрин is wildly dull, calibration doesn't help (not even always manage to pass it). He may have been crushed in transit, too. Otherwise, it's working. Gathered neatly. Firmware installed mod Havoc from Chinese jamesshao8. Not bad for that money, a year ago, only HackRF in the hull could be taken for the same amount.

we'll received, no damages noticed so far. It did take a long while to get here. Hence the reason I bought another one from CZ store instead of USA. It needed to be delivered to NL

The original device came with a cracked screen, so Banggood replaced the PortaPack board with a new one. The new one arrived with several bent pins, but I was able to straighten them and attack the PortaPack board to the HackRF board. The device works flawlessly. The PortaPack makes it possible to use the device without a computer, storing the captured data on an SD card for later analysis with a computer, which makes my research much easier. This is a great deal, but Banggood need to improve their packaging a little bit to prevent damage to the devices in shipping. I would highly recommend this device.

needs to have included with it antennas and needs standoffs to go between the PCB so that when you try and use the touch screen it doesn't push down and give the owner a fear of breaking it because not everyone has spacers just lying around to keep the circuit boards from touching one another or just the top one snapping off completely. otherwise good product despite a bit confusing to use & the screen is a little hard to read. you guys are going to Pirate a device, you should try making the Enterprise version of the hak5 Wi-Fi Pineapple Mk7 that I feel like is never going to get released along with the AC mod in the pirated version of the regular mk7. you make it killing of copying those when not many people short of destructive black hats really would have a use for an rf1 unless they thought the world might end and they might need you to use one as a transponder so other humans can find them
