Neither battery tests even close to 5200mAh. One is 1.592mAh and the other is 1.666mAh. These numbers are less than 1/3 of the claimed capacities. Charging and discharge testing were done at 500mA using an OPUS BT-C3100 V 2.2 charger/tester. That's a level that should be well within the performance limits of almost any 18650 li-ion cell. Think I'll go back to dis-assembling the Ryobi 40 volt battery packs - the good cells in those packs do meet their AH specs.
