If you have ever used an Sensor Soap Dispenser you know how comfortable that is. No need to touch the soap with dirty hands. Everything stays cleaner, especially after toilet use. I bought this one as an replacement for an older broken one. The price seemed fair. Delivery took as expected. The dispencer is looking great in this shiny chrome look. The handling is similar to other soap dispencers: Bottom has a removable stand which covers the battery comparment. This has an additional cover for the batteries. You need 4 x AAA Batteries, not included. No screws or anything needs to be used. Once set up, open the top cover and fill the liquid holder almost to the top. Close the top cover. Start the dispencer by pressing the switch/volume controll for more than three seconds. Amount of soap can be set in three steps by pushing the switch once at a time. Easy usage. Lets hope it holds a while.

Not enough power to be used with regular dishwasher liquid...should be liquified with water first.

The unit just arrived and it works well. I was impressed by the "extra" stand that it comes with to help keep the battery door up off the counter and away from any water. I would tell new buyers that after installing the batteries and putting in liquid soap to give the pump a minute to get the soap going. At first you might get the impression it isn't working but then it begins to pump soap so hold your hand in place for a 20 to 30 seconds to get started the first time.

I recommend better packaging. Cover destroyed and there's a slight depression on the left side of the instrument.
